HK-068 港校面试怎么准备（本科／国际课程／插班）

港校面试的官方口径是三句话：不是所有专业都面试、获邀面试不等于录取机会变大、面试只是评审因素之一。
各校官方用词几乎一致——「may be invited」「on a selective basis」「shortlisted applicants」。港大更直接写明：「being invited to an interview or test is not an indicator of the chance of admission」。
准备方向也因此变了：不用去找「标准答案」，要去核目标专业官网公布的面试形式、时长、语言与时间线——这些是真的写着。
要花什么
- 钱：面试本身不收费；线上视频面试需要设备与稳定网络。
- 时间：本科面试多集中在高考放榜前后（各校公布具体时段）；非联招／国际课程线可能更早，如浸大中医药学院非联招的面试「usually takes place between February to May each year」。
- 精力：逐专业核官网的「Interview Arrangements」栏；准备语言（多数用英语，个别课程用中文）。
- 要核对的硬项：① 目标专业是否面试；② 形式（个人／小组／视频）；③ 时长与语言；④ 时间窗口（放榜前还是放榜后）；⑤ 线上还是面授。
换回什么
换回一张能自己查的面试清单：形式、时长、语言、时间线、以及官方对「不过也不扣分」的明确说法（该句为科大商学院 2024 入学 FAQ 口径，非全港通例）。
官方口径逐问逐答
- 问「是不是每个专业都面试」——不是。官方原文举例：
- 港大（联招）：「In view of the large number of candidates, preference for interview invitation will be given to candidates who place the programme as their band A choice.」
- 港中大：「Please note that not all programmes at the University conduct selection interviews before making an admission offer.」
- 理大：「Suitable candidates may be invited for an interview.」
- 城大：课程面试栏统一标示「On a selective basis」，亦有课程标「Not Required」。
- 教大：「Shortlisted candidates will receive the interview notification via……」（逐课程列面试形式／时长／语言，见依据 16）。
- 都大：「香港都会大学会甄选部分联招申请人参加入学面试。」
- 恒大：「HSUHK will invite selected applicants…… to conduct written test/interview.」
- 问「用什么形式、多久」——官方逐课程公布，举例（均为官方原话）：
- 港中大（商学院）：「Interviews (group or individual) will be conducted in English. Candidates should reserve at least one hour……」
- 港中大（医学）：「Students are interviewed individually by two panel members…… A typical interview is conducted in English for around 15 minutes by a panel of senior professors……」
- 理大：逐课程列「Duration About 15 minutes / 15-30 minutes / 20-30 minutes」「Mode Individual / Group interview」「Medium English」。
- 城大（兽医学）：「Interview Panel: Three Interviewers / Duration: 20 minutes / Medium of language: English / Interview method: Local: Face-to-face; Non-local: Zoom」。
- 教大：「JS8004…… Format: Group Interview / Duration: 40 minutes / Language: English」；「JS8003…… 形式: 小组会面，每组六名考生…… 时间: 二十分钟 语言: 中文（粤语）」。
- 都大：课程栏列「小组面试（45 分钟）」「小组面试及笔试（1 小时）」「个人及小组面试（半天）」。
- 恒大：「Normally group / individual interviews are conducted.」
- 问「什么时候面试」——官方写日期，不做推算：
- 港中大：以表格逐课程列「Before release of HKDSE results」与「After release of HKDSE results」时段（例：JS4032 English「21 - 22 May」）。
- 城大：例「Mid-June 2027」「June/July 2027」。
- 理大：「……will release their interview / test shortlist on 21 July 2027……」
- 浸大：「Shortlisted applicants will receive email/SMS notifications around one week before the interview.」「The 1st round of interview takes place in mid-June while the 2nd round takes place after releasing the HKDSE results.」
- 问「国际课程／非联招线怎么安排」
- 港大：「The shortlisted applicants applying with international qualifications may be invited for interview.」
- 港中大（医学，非联招）：「Since 2023 entry, our Medicine Programme has resumed 100% in-person panel interviews unless under special circumstances……」
- 浸大中医药学院（非联招）：「The interviews usually takes place between February to May each year.」（此句出自中医药学院 FAQ，不宜当作全校非联招通例。）
- 问「面试会不会『不过就扣分』」——官方有明确说法：科大（商学院）「There is NO penalty for underperformance in interview.」
- 问「获邀面试是不是说明有戏」——不是。港大原文：「……not all applicants are required to attend an interview or test and not all programmes conduct these assessments; being invited to an interview or test is not an indicator of the chance of admission.」恒大：「Applicants who satisfy the minimum entry requirements are not guaranteed to be selected for assessment / to be admitted……」
- 问「面试在评审里占多少」——官方不公布权重，但明确定位：浸大「Programmes consider applicants' whole profile (e.g. interview results and non-academic achievements) in addition to the admission score in the selection process.」港中大列面试用途之一是「To break the tie」。
红线提醒
- 禁「保证录取」「内部名额」「有关系就能过」话术。 本次核查的所有官方页面均无此类承诺；官方反而明文说「获邀面试不是录取机会的指标」。
- 禁「面试高频问题库」「评分权重百分比」。 这类材料非官方发布，本书不采信、不列入。
- 不写分数线、不做校际比较。 上面列校名是官方原文举例，不构成推荐或评价。
- 别把两个入口混为一谈。 港大的 JUPAS 面试页与国际学历／非联招面试页是两个不同入口，看错会误判时间线。
- 别替官方推算日期。 官方只写时段与「约几天前通知」；本条只照录，不推算「你大概哪天收到通知」。
- 别以为面试都是线下。 官方明写：城大兽医学「Non-local: Zoom」；港中大医学自 2023 起恢复 100% 线下面试——两种都存在，逐校看。
常见误传
以下为网络流传说法，均不作依据。
- 「港校每个专业都要面试」——不是。官方原文明写「not all programmes…… conduct selection interviews」（港中大）、「On a selective basis」（城大）、「may be invited」（理大）。依据：各校本科招生页。
- 「拿到面试邀请就等于半只脚进门了」——官方明确否认。港大：「being invited to an interview or test is not an indicator of the chance of admission」。依据：港大 General Information NJ 2026 第 2 页。
- 「面试表现不好会被扣分」——至少科大官方写的是不扣分：「There is NO penalty for underperformance in interview.」其他院校未见相反表述。依据：科大宗商学院 JUPAS FAQs。
- 「有『面试有内部渠道』『有关系就能过』的中介服务」——官方页面均无此类承诺；此类说法来自自媒体／中介，属不可采信来源。
- 「面试问什么有固定题库，背下来就行」——官方只公布形式、时长、语言与时间线，从未发布题库或评分权重。依据：本次核查的九校招生页。
- 「非本地生面试一定线上」——不能一概而论。城大兽医学写「Non-local: Zoom」，而港中大医学写「100% in-person panel interviews」（2023 入学起，特殊情况除外）。依据：城大兽医学招生页；港中大医学院 FAQ。
适用人群 + 入学年度
- 谁该看：用高考或国际课程成绩申港校本科、即将或已被通知面试的学生与家长；想提前知道「哪些专业其实不面试」的家庭。
- 入学年度：面试安排取自各校官网现行公布的 2026 入学／2027 入学／2027/28 入学口径；港中大面试安排文件为 2026 Entry；港大国际学历面试页为 2026 参考、联招页为 2027 JUPAS 入学。
解决什么焦虑 + 风险等级 + 决策阶段
- 风险等级：中——准备方向错了会浪费时间，但不影响录取资格本身；真正的坑是被「保证录取」类话术收割。
- 解决什么焦虑：确定性（到底考什么、什么时候考、占多大分量）。
- 决策阶段：怎么申请。
关键节点与时效
- 本科面试多集中在高考／DSE 放榜前后：各校公布具体时段（如港中大逐课程列「放榜前／放榜后」；理大放榜后面试名单于 2027 年 7 月 21 日公布；城大为 6 月中／6 至 7 月）。
- 通知方式：浸大「around one week before the interview」以电邮／短信通知。
- 非联招／国际课程线：浸大中医药学院「between February to May」；港中大医学自 2023 入学起恢复 100% 线下面试。
- 官方页面逐年更新——用前请回目标院校课程官网核对当年面试安排。
